wounds to the left rear quadrant, across the spinal column. Both
rear flippers are moving. |
| THE TREATMENT | Placed in shallow water.
Dressing of gauze soaked in Silverdene, covered with tegaderm.
Appetite is increasing, she is eating 3-4 crabs per day. Jean Beasley flushing the wound Cindy, enduring. Back in the water with fresh bandage. Tomorrow, surgery. |

Veterinary Medicine to stabilize the fracture.![]() |

Cindy is experiencing severe respiratory
distress. Additional surgery revealed lungs in very poor
condition. |

Cindy
had a third surgery to try to improve her breathing.
Unfortunately, she succumbed to her injuries and died the next morning. |
