THE STRANDING This man from CP&L observed the turtle stuck at the intake grate of the power plant.  He and his sons brought the turtle to the center.
THE TREATMENT
Some bruising on plastron.  After physical examination, started on Fortaz, then its time for warm water and lunch.
JUNE 4, 2003  CP enjoyed the spa for the winter.  Breakfast of squid, warm soapy bath, lunch of lettuce, followed by laps and naps.  Ready to go.
