THE  STRANDING

Removed from a drifting gill net near the South Ferry Terminal on Ocracoke Island, NC.

THE TREATMENT	Retreived from the gill net by Steven Lord of the Coast Guard, this turtle was first transported Dr Craig Harms.  Dr. Harms started the turtle on Fortaz and Diflucan.
Dec 19 2001	Next the Turtle was delivered to the KBSTRRC.  The incoming was PCV was 33. There was a heavy load of small barnacles.
	With a winter and summer of warm water and plenty to eat this turtle was released on September 18, 2002 from Topsail Island.
