| THE STRANDING | Found cold stunned after a quick drop in temperatures. Frigid air invades NC negatively affecting many sea turtles. Four greens and this loggerhead strand and are rescued near Cape Lookout Bight. |
| THE TREATMENT |  After a brief warm up period O-Nine spent her weeks with convincing us it was time to go. Thanks to the Coast Guard stationed in Fort Macon her wish was granted. She and eleven others were released into the beautiful blue that is our Atlantic Ocean.  |
