| THE STRANDING | Caught on a line from a fishing
pier, this little Kemp's Ridley swallowed a hook or hooks. |
| THE TREATMENT |  Radiographs reveal two hooks. The turtle was sedated and the hooks were removed October 9th. |
| Pier 2 recovered quickly and is eating. |
