Conservation is a super soft, plush turtle. He stands for the conservation strategies and efforts to protect the extinction of sea turtles in the US and around the world. The Endangered Species Act, lists the hawksbill, leatherback, kemp's ridley and green turtles as endangered; the loggerhead is listed as threatened.
Conservation's PLASTRON (definition of plastron: a bony structure that makes up the bottom, or belly of the turtle) is emboridered with the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center logo. He measures 15 inches from nose to back flipper.
